If you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, you can schedule a consultation with a certified animal behaviorist at your hospital or set up a time to discuss your case over the phone. In addition, you can refer clients whose pets are experienceing problems directly to P.E.T.S. for a private, in-home, consultation.
If you are located outside the San Francisco Bay Area, but would still like to utilize the services of a certified animal behaviorist, you can email or call P.E.T.S. to schedule a phone or email consultation at your convenience.
All referrals are treated with professionalism. If you refer a client to P.E.T.S., you will be sent a follow-up report detailing the treatment recommended. If pharmacological intervention is recommended, you will be contacted by the behaviorist to discuss possible treatment options. Then you, as the referring veterinarian, can provide the indicated treatment protocol.
